Vanguard is an EMS dashboard that pulls data from all of your key sources into a clean and clear overview. Vanguard also provides an Automatic Vehicle Locator (AVL) map with breadcrumb history.
Say for example you want to report on Call Demand Analysis, Response Time Performance, and ePCR Reconciliation (which happen to be three of our most popular metrics to track). You can set up Vanguard to deliver all of that information to you in a variety of different ways.
Is your EMS operation struggling with data analytics? Are you not collecting enough data? Not making sense of the data that you are gathering?
Well have no fear --- Vanguard by VLI Tech is here. With a simple phone call, you will be on your way to a more efficient and profitable operation.
We know that as an EMS operation, you have lots of different programs and software applications. You have a CAD, a scheduling system, an EPCR system, a billing management tool. And you probably also have different logins for everything.
Vanguard combines all of that key information in one place on an easy-to-use web app. Want to see what is going on in your CAD, PCR, Billing, and Scheduling systems? Now you have it all at your fingertips.
Every ambulance company has different preferences, goals, and metrics that they are focused on. With Vanguard, you can choose exactly which analytics and data points you want to report on and analyze.
Analytics are reports you run within Vanguard. We offer standard and custom reports, which will be generated from any data source that you provide. The dashboard items are real-time, situational items. They give you awareness gauges of your data.
Push notifications allow you to view your data in real time. Push alerting can be set up to be sent through the app (iOS or Android), email, or SMS.

Mobilis is a modern version of an in-vehicle Mobile Data Terminal. Integrating with Google and Apple Maps, it provides you with real-time views of your trips, and allows management to assign trips to employees who receive notifications within the smartphone (iOS or Android) app. Mobilis provides supplemental vehicle GPS tracking in lieu of vehicle AVL units. The simplicity and directness of the application makes Mobilis a great addition to your organization.
A call comes in, management will assign it to an employee, the employee will receive the notification on the app, and either acknowledge and accept, or decline the job.
During the route, they will check in at every point with timestamps. Step-by-step, you will see the exact location of the vehicle along the entire route. If it is an emergency call, a destination does not always populate. In that case, Mobilis will bring up the closest hospital --- or the crew can manually choose the destination as well. Mobilis eliminates the need for radio traffic and allows people to correspond through the app, so your staff will not have to constantly use the radio to communicate their whereabouts. Mobilis can be applied to both non-emergency and 911 trips.
Field workers and management (MAVOs, EMTs, Paramedics, etc.).
Mobillis connects with your organization’s CAD allowing your employees to save time and be more efficient with getting patients on the road.
By utilizing Google and Apple maps, Mobilis improves travel time, offers the best routes, and allows for better communication --- reducing verbal radio traffic, missed unit status changes, and dispatch staffing needs. Mobilis makes it clear where each ambulance is, where each crew member is, and who is doing what.
The built-in comments feature it makes communication a lot easier. It almost eliminates the middleman, as the CAD is connected and goes straight to base where they will assign it to the crews. Mobilis provides consistent measurements to improve response times and UHU data analytics.
Mobilis works by using the CAD API to update timestamps.
Compared to ZOLL, our closest competitor, our software is affordable and reliable. And it works. While our competition rarely ever updates their products, we continue with upgrades on a regular basis.

Scribe is an Electronic Transport Ticket Report system designed specifically for for non-emergency medical transports and wheelchair trips.
Similar to a trip ticket, it manages the trip and patient passenger information. It can also collect any Payor information which connects to the billing department.
Integrating with your billing system, Scribe makes it easier than ever to track trips and payments.
Field employees, accounting departments, and billing departments.
Scribe uses CAD and billing APIs to import data collected in the field. There is an auto output form as PDF attaching to your CAD/billing system.
Scribe helps you drastically improve your total collections rate --- meaning you get paid more quickly and on a regular basis. Without a tracking system, trips can slip through the cracks, not get recorded, and never be billed for.
But using software like Scribe in addition to EPCRs is great because it allows you to keep up with billing for your non-emergency transports --- making sure that nothing gets lost and your company gets paid.
